Wood is known to dry out or shrink when it has excessive sun exposure. The next phase of wood is cracks and chipping. It's very important to always check up on painted areas because if noticed soon enough, a professional painter can come out and do painting maintenance. This will save you money in the long run vs having to replace wood panels or damaged material

Stucco is overlooked to often, just because it is a durable surface doesnt mean it can last forever. Earthquakes commonly damage stucco by causing small cracks. These small cracks should be repaired as soon as possible, if not the crack will become larger with time. Moisture is another serious problem that causes stucco to efflorescence or peel. To avoid damaging stucco, our team recommends to keep all water sources away such as sprinklers, and water dripping/splashing.
